Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for armed security guard services at 1716 Parkway Dr, Lubbock, TX 79403. The contract is expected to start on September 1, 2026. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation. The estimated historical spend for similar services is $195,000.00.
• The contract will be for a term of 24 months with options for renewal.
• The bidder must provide armed security guard services.
• The bidder must have the necessary experience and qualifications to provide the services.
• The bidder must submit a completed and signed Exhibit A - HHS Solicitation Affirmations.
• The bidder must submit a completed Exhibit C - Pricing Sheet.
• The bidder must submit any other information deemed pertinent to demonstrate their financial capability and capacity to fulfill the requirements of the IFB.
