SERVICES, REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE, INSTALLATION-DISTRICT WIDE

Humble Independent School District is seeking proposals for miscellaneous services, repairs, maintenance, and installation on an as-needed basis. The district is looking for vendors that can provide a wide range of services, including but not limited to: AC/heating, automotive/vehicle, alcohol and drug testing services, chemical laboratory services, document shredding services, equipment maintenance, repair/services, laundry and dry-cleaning services, maintenance repair operating-building/grounds, plumbing supplies/parts, retail tools/supplies/services, roofing/sheet metal special supplies, steel/products, and miscellaneous/other services. The district is seeking vendors that can provide best value pricing, discounts, and customer service benefits. Some key points to consider: • The district spends over $50,000 annually on these types of services • Vendors must be able to provide services on an as-needed basis • Vendors must be able to provide best value pricing, discounts, and customer service benefits • The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities • The district reserves the right to add or delete campuses, facilities, and administrative sites as required for district operations
