Description
Summit County is seeking a qualified, licensed land surveying firm to provide on‑call services for the Summit County Resource Allocation Park (SCRAP) landfill site. The scope includes landfill certification, construction staking, quality‑assurance inspections, drone‑based surveying, aerial photography, and general surveying support. Contractors must submit hourly rates for various personnel and crew configurations, meet specified insurance requirements, and be able to respond quickly to County requests.
