Description
The Clean Water Services is seeking proposals from contractors for the Springville Creek Trib at 6029 NW Alfalfa Dr Exposed Sewer and Stream Enhancement Project. The project involves construction within natural resource areas with limited access, seasonal time constraints, and high levels of public interaction. The proposal should demonstrate the contractor's experience with stream and ecological restoration, including work area isolation, water management/diversion, and in-water construction. The project includes components such as temporary water management, aquatic organism salvage and relocation, placing fill in the channel bed, and constructing fish-passable boulder step-pools.
