ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS AND INSTALLATION SERVICES FOR CHILD NUTRITION SERVICES EQUIPMENT

The Humble ISD is seeking electrical contractors to provide maintenance, repairs, and installation services for child nutrition services equipment. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permits, transportation, testing, commissioning, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The scope of work includes installing new electrical panels, adding branch circuits for classroom technology, replacing interior and exterior lighting fixtures with LED fixtures, providing wiring and connections for HVAC equipment, upgrading electrical distribution equipment, and installing emergency power connections. • The contractor shall verify field conditions before submitting pricing. • The contractor shall comply with all requirements of the awarded RFP contract, including proof of cost used for parts, insurance requirements, safety requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • The District may consider total project cost, ability to meet the schedule, understanding of the scope, past performance under District contracts, quality of proposed solution, and best value to the District when evaluating quotations.
