Description
The Department of Water Resources (DWR) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide heavy‑equipment rental services on an as‑needed basis across multiple counties in California. The contract will run for three years, with fixed rates for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals of a broad range of construction equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers, cranes, water wagons, etc.). DWR supplies operators, fuel, and consumables; the contractor must deliver equipment within 48 hours of request (4 hours for emergencies) and maintain all equipment in serviceable condition, including repairs and compliance with safety inspections. Payments are made on a monthly invoicing cycle with a 45‑day payment window.
