Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a turnkey relocatable modular office facility to support the 117th and 155th Cyber Operations Squadrons at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The facility will consist of two 96' x 60' office buildings, one 14' x 65' restroom trailer, and various other components. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and maintaining the facility, as well as providing utility connections and performing demobilization and site restoration at the end of the lease. The contract will have a one-year base period and optional extensions. Key features of the facility include:
• Two 96' x 60' office buildings with private offices, executive/shared offices, and central core space
• One 14' x 65' restroom trailer with male and female facilities
• Utility connections for electricity, water, and sewer
• Demobilization and site restoration at the end of the lease
The contractor must comply with various federal and state regulations, including those related to stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and telecommunications.
