Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking a qualified legal firm to provide environmental legal services related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for highway projects. The selected firm will be responsible for providing legal counsel, performing legal research, rendering legal opinions, and representing the Cabinet in litigation. The firm should have experience in handling environmental and historic preservation issues and litigation related to highway projects. The proposal should include the firm's experience, organizational capability, and cost proposal.
