Landfill Topographic & Aerial Survey Services - Re-Solicit

Escambia County Waste Services Department is seeking proposals from certified surveyors to provide topographic surveying services for the Perdido Landfill site. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to renew for an additional 2 years. The selected vendor will be required to perform 6 flights within each fiscal year, with the first flight scheduled upon award of the contract and continuing bi-monthly. The area to be surveyed consists of approximately 378 acres. Deliverables include a LiDAR survey with control points, 1-foot contours, digital terrain model file, digital surface model file, digital elevation model file, XML point cloud file, aerial imagery, and a signed survey report from a certified surveyor. • The contract will be awarded to only one vendor. • The vendor must comply with all provisions in the RFQ. • The vendor must provide evidence of bidder's authority and qualification to do business in the State of Florida. • The vendor must provide a state contractor license # for the State of Florida. • The vendor must be licensed in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 489, Florida Statutes. • The bid must include lump sum pricing. • The bid must include all proposed fees and costs broken down and disclosed. • The vendor must provide insurance certificates and endorsements as required. • The vendor must comply with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
