The County seeks a qualified contractor to fabricate, deliver, and install two aluminum metal canopies that match existing structures at the Central Services facility in Lawrenceville, GA. The work includes all structural steel, concrete footings, roofing panels, and compliance with ASCE 7 design standards, with a 1‑year warranty and a 180‑day completion window.
• Two canopies: a 56‑ft roll‑up door canopy and a 12‑ft dock‑lift canopy, both requiring on‑site dimension verification.
• Materials must be aluminum extrusions (Alloy 6063‑T5/T6 or 6061‑T6) with AAMA 611 Class II anodized finish and aluminum lap‑seam roofing.
• Contractor must provide full insurance (CGL $2 M, Auto $1 M, Workers’ Comp GA limits), hold an A.M. Best rating ≥ A‑7, be E‑Verify registered, and possess a Georgia General Contractor license.
