TEGUC- Preventive Maintenance Services for NEC Elevators

The American Embassy in Tegucigalpa requires preventive maintenance services for several elevators within the embassy compound. The selected contractor will provide full-service maintenance, including monthly scheduled maintenance visits, 24-hour call-back service, and labor rates for work not covered by the terms of the contract. The contract will be for a period of 12 months with a maximum of two optional years of performance. • The contractor must provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies, and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement. • The contractor must provide a full-service maintenance agreement written in English and must include all parts, materials, supplies, and labor, with the exception of repairs made due to acts of force majeure and misuse. • The contractor must provide 24-hour call-back service, with a maximum response time of 1 hour for emergencies and 24 hours for other callbacks. • The contractor must maintain elevator handrails and hardware in good condition. • The contractor must provide elevator rescue training and drills twice a year with post-designated personnel.
