Professional Grief Counseling and Emotional Support Services

The Second Judicial District Attorney's Office is seeking professional grief counseling and emotional support services to employees following a critical incident. The contractor will provide on-site and/or virtual grief counseling services for employees. The services are intended to support employee wellbeing, emotional processing, and workplace recovery. • The contractor will provide professional mental health services to employees experiencing grief, trauma, and emotional distress. • The services will be provided on-site and/or virtually. • The contractor will help mitigate the risk of prolonged psychological harm, decreased productivity, and ongoing operational disruption. • The Office is in the process of executing a professional services contract to secure qualified mental health providers to address trauma arising from this incident.
