Description
Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) seeks an on‑call LEED consulting provider to support multiple school construction, renovation, and operations projects over a four‑year period (with two optional one‑year renewals). The contractor will deliver a range of services—including LEED certification administration, energy and daylight modeling, acoustical analysis and testing, building envelope commissioning, and embodied‑carbon documentation—on a task‑order basis. APS will evaluate proposals on company profile, relevant experience, personnel qualifications, methodology, and price, with additional points for New Mexico resident or veteran business status. No minimum purchase guarantee is provided; APS may award multiple contracts across the various sub‑disciplines.
