LPD-18, ELECTRIC HEATER FOR STBD MRG/CPP LO SETTLING TANK (7-70-2- F); INSTALL

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to install an electric heater for the STBD MRG/CPP LO settling tank on the USS NEW ORLEANS (LPD-18). The work will be performed at the Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The period of performance is expected to be from 07/27/2026 to 10/31/2026. • The contractor must have a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) and be authorized to perform work in Japan. • The contractor will be responsible for installing the electric heater and ensuring that the work is completed within the specified period. • The US Navy will issue a competitive solicitation to eligible contractors, and the contract will be awarded based on the best value to the government.
