BAS/DDC RFP

The Anchor Bay School District is seeking proposals to provide and install new DDC controllers and components for existing HVAC equipment at nominated schools. The proposal should be submitted in accordance with the RFP specifications, and bidders must provide bid security in an amount of not less than 2.5% of the proposed contract amount. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in the RFP process and to reject any or all proposals. • The proposal should include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or employee of the firm and the Superintendent or any member of the Board of Education. • The proposal should also confirm that the bidder is not an Iran-linked business as defined in the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. • The bidder should provide a copy of the RFP or contact Todd Kananen, Centrix Energy Partners, LLC, for more information.
