Minnesota Statewide NG911 Strategic Plan

The Minnesota Department of Public Safety is seeking proposals to provide comprehensive support for the development of a statewide NG911 strategic plan. The plan will include education to legislators, public safety agencies, and other stakeholders on the benefits of full NG911 implementation. The selected responder will be responsible for assessing the current state of 911 in Minnesota, discovering best practices, conducting stakeholder education and engagement, and plotting a roadmap with identified milestones. The desired outcome is a published Minnesota NG911 Strategic Plan that contains actionable recommendations, delivers a clear timeline with defined milestones, and promotes stakeholder buy-in.
