One Touch Contractor for Field Verification, Engineering, and Make Ready Services, Communication Transfers, and Double Wood Pole Removal

The Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking a contractor to provide One Touch services for field verification, engineering, and make ready services, communication transfers, and double wood pole removal. The contractor will be responsible for visiting the site and specific areas on the site wherein the Work will be performed. The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to enter into private negotiations with the selected BIDDER. The evaluation process will consider factors such as responsiveness of Proposal, price, time of completion, exceptions to the Proposal Documents, financial stability, recent and past experience, and similar factors. Key aspects of the job include: • Field verification and engineering services • Make ready services for communication transfers • Double wood pole removal • Compliance with the BWL's Safety Manual • Provision of necessary labor, materials, and equipment • Substitution of products may be permitted under certain circumstances • The contract price shall be equal to the Proposal price adjusted to any price changes as agreed upon in writing by the BIDDER and the BWL
