Description
The Mississippi Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the lease of a modular office trailer for the Hazelhurst Project Office. The contract period shall be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The trailer must be professionally cleaned and ready for office use, and the bidder must provide physical and/or vandalism damage insurance coverage. The bid will be awarded based on the lowest total bid meeting MDOT specifications and requirements.
• The modular office trailer must be 2021 or newer.
• The trailer must be new or refurbished to like new condition.
• The bidder must provide replacement parts and repairs at no cost to MDOT.
• The lease period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
• The bidder must submit a bid price for each line of the proposal, including setup cost, lease per month, and tear down cost.
