WWTP Compost Pad Expansion

The City of Farmington is seeking bids for the construction of the WWTP Compost Pad Expansion project. The project includes staking, clearing, and grubbing, removal of structures and obstructions, excavation, and subgrade preparation. The contractor will also be responsible for lining a 60 mil HDPE liner and geotextiles, constructing asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalk, and installing landscaping gravel over weed barrier fabric. The project requires a GA-3, GF9 license. • The project is expected to be completed within 60 days of the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor, material, and tax payment bond.
