The Montana Department of Corrections, Montana Correctional Enterprises, is seeking a vendor to provide a new High-Volume Food Tray Packaging System. The system should have a color touch screen control panel, single or dual lane operations, in-line film perforation, dual rotary heat seal stations, removable aluminum tray carriers, and be constructed of stainless steel and anodized aluminum. The system should also be dishwasher-safe, floor-standing, and fully automatic. The vendor should provide a product that is made in the USA and has a nationwide service organization. The system should be able to support different tray sizes and materials, and have adjustable temperature, time, and pressure to ensure strong, leak-proof seals. • The system should be no larger than 18' L x 4' W x 6'6" H. • The system should have an electrical hook-up of 208 VAC, 30 Amps, 60 Cycles, 1 Phase. • The system should have an air hook-up/supply of 80 PSI (airline pressure). • The system should have additional adjustable speed and factory set heat roller temperature. • The vendor should provide a product that is supported by a nationwide service organization.
