The Veterans Health Administration is seeking a Small Business‑set‑aside, firm‑fixed‑price quote for 80 units of an electronic endodontic system (40 endodontic motors and 40 handpieces) to be delivered to the Greater Los Angeles VA Health Care System. The equipment must meet specific technical specifications (digital torque control, auto‑stop reverse, autoclavable motor, programmable memory, speed up to 30,000 RPM, torque at least 40,000 RPM, multiple handpiece ratios) and be supplied as brand‑name or equal under FAR 52.211‑6. Delivery is FOB destination with shipping included; performance period is 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible offer.
