Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a vendor to provide asphalt supply and coordinated delivery for a large-scale internal paving project at FCI Estill. The project requires the vendor to supply approximately 10,000 tons of hot batch asphalt and 14,000 gallons of tack coat emulsion, as well as provide a certified tanker spray truck and operator to apply the tack coat emulsion. The vendor must also provide a dedicated fleet of dump trucks to deliver the materials to the facility. The project has a strict adherence to institutional security procedures, weather limitations, and defined operational hours. The vendor will be responsible for all supplies until they are accepted inside the facility. Key aspects of the job include:
