Teleradiology PWS Market Input

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking industry input and feedback on its draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for upcoming Enterprise Teleradiology Services. The goal of this posting is to refine the PWS to ensure a highly effective, efficient, and commercially viable contract that delivers the highest quality of care to service members and beneficiaries. The contractor will provide professional diagnostic radiological services, including preliminary and final interpretation, as well as specific consultation as needed. The services will be performed at contractor facilities inside the United States, and the contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as DHA and MTF policies and procedures. Some key points to consider include: * The contractor must have a project manager available during all transition periods to complete requirements listed in the PWS. * The contractor must provide a point of contact that is available via telephone 7 days a week, 24-hours per day, including Federal Holidays. * The contractor must ensure that all contractor personnel providing services under this contract are able to read, write, and speak English fluently. * The contractor must comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and maintain the confidentiality of patient records. * The contractor must provide a final diagnostic report to the Government EHR within 24 hours of receipt of images.
