The Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) seeks a qualified contractor to deliver a subscription‑based, cloud‑enabled portal that automates the acquisition, classification, processing, and secure delivery of investment‑related documents received from General Partners (GPs). The solution must ingest documents from email inboxes and GP portal sites, handle high‑volume daily spikes, provide enterprise‑scale storage, and support ongoing operational monitoring and governance. The contract will be for an initial three‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals, and the award value is estimated at $1.5 million.
