Firewall RFP

The Forest Hills Public Schools is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a firewall replacement solution. The solution will consist of replacement firewall devices, warranty services, installation services, and integration services. The project will involve replacing the existing firewalls at the District headend at Northern High School. The vendor will be responsible for providing a detailed cutover plan, configuring the firewalls, and testing the system. The District is looking for a well-established vendor with experience in providing similar solutions to K-12 schools. The vendor will be evaluated based on their compliance with specifications, proposal requirements, experience, implementation support, and cost. • The solution must include replacement firewall devices, warranty services, installation services, and integration services. • The vendor must provide a detailed cutover plan and configure the firewalls. • The vendor must test the system and provide documentation of the testing results. • The vendor must provide training for the District's IT staff. • The vendor must provide a five-year warranty on all firewall hardware components.
