The Department of Human Services is seeking to award a sole source contract to SBH Colorado LLC dba Peak View Behavioral Health for the provision of inpatient psychiatric care for persons adjudicated Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) or Incompetent to Proceed and unlikely to restore in the foreseeable future (PITP). The contractor will provide up to two beds for placement of Forensic Community Based Services (FCBS) patients as needed. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The total cost of the contract is $693,500.00. • The contractor will provide specialized care and treatment interventions for the forensic population. • The contractor will allow for FCBS clinician consultation on all treatment matters. • The contractor will focus treatment on psychiatric stabilization and disposition planning. • The contractor will provide maintenance treatment, as opposed to psych stabilization treatment.
