Zero Emission Technical Assistance

The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking a consultant to provide zero emission technical assistance to transit agencies in Oregon. The consultant will aid transit agencies in planning for and adopting zero-emission vehicles and technologies. Services may include feasibility studies, fleet transition plans, fleet electrification program management, and workshop or webinar development. The initial term of the contract is anticipated to be 2 years with options to renew up to a cumulative maximum of 4 years. • The consultant will provide services to support transit agencies in the transition to zero emission vehicles. • The consultant will aid transit agencies and collaborate with the Public Transportation Division to develop transit agency-specific scopes of work, participate in progress meetings, and submit final reports. • The services provided through the Zero Emission Technical Assistance Program will assist transit agencies in the future adoption of technology and capital that is sustainable and scalable. • The consultant will be required to submit a detailed price proposal, key persons and resumes, technical proposal, and other required documents. • The contract will be awarded to the highest-ranking responsible proposer based on the scoring methodology and process described in the RFP.
