Zero-Emission Truck Purchasing Incentive Project

The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department is seeking proposals from Licensed Motor Carriers to purchase and deploy at least 10 zero-emission battery electric drayage trucks at the Port of Los Angeles. The project aims to reduce emissions and improve air quality in the port area. The selected proposers will be required to enter into a grant agreement with the Harbor Department and comply with applicable terms and conditions. The project includes a labor peace agreement requirement for proposers with employee drivers.
