Description
The Town of Burlington is seeking bids from qualified contractors to complete the Town Common Walkway Renovation Project. The project involves removing approximately 1,485 square yards of existing asphalt sidewalks and replacing them with new concrete sidewalks of equivalent size, shape, and elevation. The project also includes the installation of a new ADA-compliant walkway to the gazebo stairs and future elevator chair lift. Bidders must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with concrete sidewalk installation, provide at least 3 references from similar completed projects, and be licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of MA. The project must be completed by May 31st, 2026.
