Description
The Chickamauga City Board of Education is requesting proposals for the HVAC renovation and reroof of Chickamauga Elementary School. The proposed budget is $1,000,000.00. The project includes the renovation of the HVAC system and the replacement of the roof. The selected firm will be required to assume total responsibility for all services offered in their proposal. The evaluation criteria include firm history and capability, current work load, project personnel qualifications, project schedule, and bid.
• The proposal must include a cover letter, overview, financial information, project approach, and other relevant information.
• The firm must provide an audited financial statement, balance sheet, and income statement.
• The firm must provide a compliance letter from their bonding company showing consent to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds.
• The firm must provide a certificate of insurance detailing their present coverage and limits.
• The firm must have a formal program to ensure quality.
• The firm must have experience with similar projects in the state of Georgia.
• The firm must have a proven track record of meeting scheduled openings and completing projects on time and within budget.
