Description
The State of South Carolina is seeking a qualified contractor to provide E-Rate fiber services to schools in the Laurens 55, Lexington 1, and Orangeburg school districts. The contractor will be responsible for providing leased lit fiber services and/or leased dark fiber services to schools within these districts. The contract will be for a period of five years, with an estimated start date of July 1, 2026, and an end date of June 30, 2031. The contractor will be required to provide a cost-effective solution for the installation and use of dark fiber services to interconnect schools to participating school district hub facilities.
• The contractor will be required to provide leased lit fiber services and/or leased dark fiber services to schools within the specified school districts.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing a cost-effective solution for the installation and use of dark fiber services.
• The contract will be for a period of five years, with an estimated start date of July 1, 2026, and an end date of June 30, 2031.
• The contractor will be required to provide a signed copy of the solicitation form with their offer.
• The contractor will be required to acknowledge receipt of any amendments to the solicitation.
