Description
The State of New Mexico is seeking bids for the purchase of Recreational Vehicles (RVs) for use by state agencies, commissions, institutions, and local public bodies. The RVs will be used for temporary or short-term housing during construction of permanent staff housing, general construction work, and training programs. The successful bidder must provide RVs that meet the minimum specifications outlined in the bid document, including exterior length, sleeping quarters, kitchen amenities, and extreme weather packages. The contract term will be for one year with the option to extend for up to three additional years.
• The RVs must be new and of current design
• The RVs must meet the minimum specifications outlined in the bid document
• The successful bidder must provide at least two complete sets of keys with each unit
• The successful bidder must provide one technical manual, one parts book, and one operator's manual with each unit
• The RVs must be delivered FOB to the dealer's place of business within the State of New Mexico
