Description
The City is seeking a consultant to provide brownfield services. The consultant will be responsible for assessing and remediating brownfield sites. The scope of work includes conducting environmental site assessments, developing remediation plans, and implementing remediation activities. The consultant will also be required to coordinate with city officials and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Conduct environmental site assessments to identify potential contaminants and determine the extent of contamination
• Develop remediation plans to address identified contaminants and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Implement remediation activities, including excavation, removal, and disposal of contaminated soil and groundwater
• Coordinate with city officials and other stakeholders to ensure project completion
• Develop and implement a community outreach and education program to inform the public about the project and its progress
