Description
Summit County is seeking an on‑call professional land‑surveying contractor to support the Summit County Resource Allocation Park (SCRAP) landfill site. The work includes landfill certification, construction staking, quality‑assurance inspections, drone‑based surveying, aerial photography, and general surveying services. Proposals must include an annual fee schedule with hourly rates for all personnel classifications and crew configurations, and must meet specified insurance requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the County’s requirements.
• Scope covers landfill certification, construction QA, drone & aerial work, and general surveying on an as‑needed basis.
