Description

The City of Oceanside is seeking a consultant to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP) and an Active Transportation Plan (ATP) for the Transportation Engineering Division of the Public Works Department. The CSAP aims to enhance roadway safety by identifying and addressing factors contributing to traffic-related fatalities and injuries, while the ATP focuses on improving access, safety, and connectivity to schools, parks, and other community destinations.
