Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a qualified commercial contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for generators, compressors, fire pumps, and trash‑racks located at the Darby Military Community in Livorno, Italy. Work includes routine (recurring) maintenance, urgent repairs, upgrades, code‑compliance renovations, and the provision of all labor, tools, equipment, and materials on a time‑and‑materials (T&M) and firm‑fixed‑price (FFP) basis. The contract will be awarded on a best‑value/lowest‑price technically acceptable basis and will run for a base year with two one‑year options (total up to three years). Bidders must be registered in SAM, possess a UEI and NCAGE, and submit quotes in euros (or USD if awarded to a U.S. firm).
