Waste Water Treatment Services in Support of U.S. Army Reserve Center in Newtown Square, PA

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is seeking information on qualified sources for waste water treatment services at the Edgemont U.S. Army Reserve Center in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The services include operating, maintaining, testing, and providing required reports for the waste water treatment, drip irrigation, and industrial wastewater holding tank. The contractor must have a Class-D E-2,4 certificate for Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators issued by the State of Pennsylvania. The scope of work includes semi-monthly mowing, monthly inspections, monthly compliance testing, and other tasks. • The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, and technical guidance to operate, maintain, test, and provide required reports for the waste water treatment system. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local Municipal environmental regulations. • The contractor must provide a schedule of operations and notify the RFOS a minimum of 72 hours prior to commencing work and prior to completing work on this contract. • The contractor must ensure that all precautions are taken to prevent contamination of laboratory samples taken as part of the work of this contract.
