Description
The U.S. Embassy in Belgrade, Serbia is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for its real property. The contract will be for a one-year period with an option to extend for an additional year. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary janitorial supplies and equipment, including mops, brooms, dust rags, detergents, cleaners, and liquid soap. The contractor will also be required to furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel necessary to accomplish the work.
• The contract includes janitorial services for all designated spaces, including halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways.
• The contractor must provide all necessary janitorial supplies and equipment.
• The contract will be for a one-year period with an option to extend for an additional year.
