The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking quotes for a Heavy Duty Post Setter. The quote opening date is October 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time. The class codes chosen for this solicitation are 765-80, 765-46, 545-57, and 445-06. • The quote must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. • Bidders are responsible for monitoring the site and downloading any bids of interest and/or any applicable addenda through the Public Purchase website. • The bidder assumes the risk of loss and mistake, including but not limited to failure to download all documents, failure to submit properly, and mistaken interpretation. • The specifications and terms & conditions supplied by WYDOT shall be the applicable specifications and terms & conditions. • In the event of discrepancies or conflicts between WYDOT’s originally published document(s) and any other version distributed or submitted by other parties, WYDOT’s original version shall prevail.
