Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide event planning services for the annual Michigan Cyber Summit. The contractor will be responsible for developing, preparing for, and executing the event. The proposal should include a detailed description of the company's experience and qualifications, as well as a pricing proposal. The State will evaluate proposals based on technical evaluation criteria, including product quality, service capabilities, and vendor questions worksheet.
* The event planning services should include, but are not limited to, venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and event marketing.
* The contractor should have experience in planning and executing large-scale events, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
* The proposal should include a detailed budget and pricing breakdown.
* The State reserves the right to modify or cancel the RFP at any time.
