Managed Care, PPO, and PBM Networks for Workers Compensation Services

The Missouri Department of Transportation is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to provide Managed Care, PPO, and PBM Networks for Workers Compensation Services. The contract period will be from the date of the fully executed resulting agreement through June 30, 2029, with up to two one-year renewal periods or any portion thereof. The services to be provided include PPO network of medical providers for treatment of work-related injuries, PBM network, and case management for the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission Self-Insurance Plan. * The contract will be awarded to a single vendor per category. * The vendor will be required to provide a fee proposal and certify that their prices have been arrived at independently without collusion. * The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable state and federal laws, including those related to drug-free workplaces and non-discrimination. * The vendor will be required to provide insurance coverage for not less than the following limits of liability: General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Missouri State Workers' Compensation coverage. * The vendor will be required to submit a proposal that includes all necessary exhibits and certifications. * The vendor will be evaluated based on their experience, expertise, and reliability, as well as their proposed method of performance and overall clarity and quality of their proposal.
