Cooper High School Fieldhouse Addition

The Boone County Schools Board of Education is seeking proposals from qualified Architect/Engineer (A/E) firms for design services for the Cooper High School Fieldhouse Addition project. The project consists of a new addition to the existing athletic field house building, including a new weight room, locker room, restrooms, showers, coaches offices, and family restrooms, as well as a new free-standing building for concessions, restrooms, and storage. The selected A/E firm will be responsible for designing the project, managing the construction process, and ensuring that the project is completed within the defined time schedule and approved budget. Key aspects of the project include: • Experience in designing educational buildings • Professional liability insurance • Ability to provide experienced staff • Knowledge of current applicable statutes and codes related to educational building projects in Kentucky • Ability to prepare and submit necessary documents to state and local approval agencies • Ability to manage and complete the design within the defined time schedule and approved budget
