Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide the Strategic Quality Support System (SQSS) for the Fort Yuma Health Care Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing software licensing, implementation support, system configuration, training, maintenance, technical support, software updates, and related services. The anticipated period of performance consists of one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The contractor must demonstrate authority to provide the proprietary SQSS, authorization to license, implement, maintain, and support SQSS, and capability to satisfy the requirements identified in the attached Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor will provide software licensing and implementation support.
• The contractor will provide system configuration, training, and maintenance.
• The contractor will provide technical support and software updates.
• The contractor will provide related services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
