NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE/SINGLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT: DATA FLOW SYSTEMS, INC

The City of North Port is issuing a Notice of Intent to award a sole/single source procurement to Data Flow Systems, Inc. for the repair and maintenance of the TAC II SCADA system. The estimated value of the acquisition is $50,000.00. This is not a formal solicitation, and no submissions are required. However, any responses received will be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. • The scope of work includes the repair and maintenance of the TAC II SCADA system. • The City intends to negotiate and award the contract with only one contractor/vendor under the authority of Florida State Statute 287.057(5)(c). • The commodity codes for this project include Waste Water Treatment Engineering, Maintenance and Repair, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water and Wastewater Treatment Services, Water Treating Chemicals, and Complete Water Treatment Systems, Chemical.
