Description
The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids for the purchase of KnowBe4 Security-awareness training and simulated phishing platform software. The contract term will be from 04/21/2026 to 04/20/2027. The required software and training subscription includes KnowBe4 PhishER Subscription and KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training subscription Diamond, both with a quantity of 190. The bid should include all installations and training necessary, as well as shipping and handling charges. The delivery should be inside delivery, F.O.B. destination prepaid and allowed.
