Description
The National Park College is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a comprehensive exterior renovation of Dogwood Hall, a 49,600 sq ft student‑housing building in Hot Springs, AR. The work includes field verification, removal and replacement of loose siding, installation of new HardiePlank fiber‑cement siding, surface preparation, priming, and two‑coat acrylic exterior painting to match the campus color scheme, as well as trim work and compliance with applicable building and fire codes. Bidders must submit a firm‑fixed‑price proposal by the June 12 deadline and attend a mandatory site visit on June 8. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
