Description
Knox County is seeking bids for printing services, including letterhead, envelopes, business cards, forms, brochures, pamphlets, booklets, high-speed duplicating, binding, padding, and other services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. Bidders must provide pricing for various printing services, including letterhead, envelopes, business cards, and bond/bristol paper. The bid must include pricing for additional services such as punching, numbering, folding, and padding.
• The contract will be awarded to the most responsive, responsible bidder that meets the specifications and is in the best interest of Knox County.
• The bidder must have the capability to receive electronic copy for printing and provide a website for electronic ordering.
• The bidder must provide proofs for all work prior to printing and assume all risk for errors if no signed proof is submitted.
• The bidder must provide usage reports on a quarterly basis, or as requested, at no additional charge to the County.
