Desert Willow Golf Course Improvements

The City of Palm Desert is seeking a qualified landscape or golf course architecture firm to provide professional design services, prepare construction documents, and assist with construction-phase support for improvements to the Desert Willow Golf Resort. The improvements include enhancements to the practice putting greens, bunkers, driving range, and other areas of the facility. The selected firm will be required to provide a conceptual design plan, construction documents, and construction support services. The project is expected to be completed within 12 to 15 months of the project start date. • The firm will be responsible for evaluating design options and developing a conceptual design plan for the Desert Willow Golf Academy and the Desert Willow Golf Resort practice tee area. • The firm will be required to provide construction documents, including plans, specifications, and estimates. • The firm will be responsible for providing construction support services, including attending pre-bid and pre-construction meetings and responding to questions from contractors. • The firm will be required to provide a detailed work plan and schedule for the project. • The firm will be evaluated based on their experience, qualifications, and approach to the project.
