Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide IT professional services for the maintenance and operations of the Michigan Nutrition Data System (MIND). The contractor will deliver a team of technically skilled personnel to support ongoing MIND maintenance and operations activities. The proposal should include a detailed response to each question in the Vendor Questions Worksheet, as well as completed templates for key personnel resumes, pricing, and other required documents. The State will evaluate proposals based on technical criteria, including vendor experience, company background, and standard contract terms.
