Connecting Tecopa: Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Corridor

The County of Inyo Department of Public Works is seeking a qualified firm to provide services for the Connecting Tecopa: Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Corridor project. The scope of work includes three primary phases: Project Approval and Environmental Documentation, Right-of-Way, Engineering, and Plans, Specifications, and Estimate. The selected firm will be responsible for completing preliminary planning, environmental review, right-of-way support, and complete design documents, along with public engagement and bid and construction support. The project is contingent upon the California Transportation Commission's allocation of ATP & STIP funding at the March 19-20, 2026, meeting. • The project includes preliminary planning, environmental review, and complete design documents. • The selected firm will provide public engagement and bid and construction support. • The project is subject to the California Transportation Commission's allocation of ATP & STIP funding. • The contract term is from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2029. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining all necessary licenses, certificates, and permits.
